Smart Edda KWS is a diploid monogerm hybrid created for use within the CONVISO® SMART technology. This system provides plant resistance to acetolactate synthase inhibitor herbicides, which allows for effective control of a wide range of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds.
The plants are characterized by intensive growth and a dark green leaf apparatus. The hybrid has genetic resistance to rhizomania. During variety testing, the variety demonstrated high root yield and sugar content indicators.
