The SN-758 variety is an industrial breeding material. During trials, it was noted as a variety with minimal expression of lateral grooves on the root crop, which positively affects the quality of the raw material.

The technological characteristics of the variety include high washability, facilitating cleaning from soil before industrial processing. In a number of trials, the variety showed high results in sugar yield per hectare.
