Variety description

The plant is an annual, densely branched, arched, and rounded in habit. Thin stems with a ribbed surface and angular cross-section are colored brown-violet, have dense pubescence and distinct anthocyanin coloration without a glaucous bloom.

The leaves are opposite on petioles, are bipinnate and divided into 5 or 7 leaflets of oval shape with sharp tips. The flowers (capitula) are directed upwards, located at the tops and in the leaf axils on heavily pubescent peduncles. The dark green bracts are linear in shape and have a blunt apex.
