The variety belongs to the early-maturing plant group. Its primary purpose is for use as a forage legume crop.
The plant is an annual, possessing a deep root system and the ability to effectively fix nitrogen in symbiosis with root nodule bacteria of the genus Mesorhizobium. The species is well adapted to acidic, sandy, and sandy loam soils and is characterized by high drought tolerance.
A characteristic biological feature is high seed hardness, which contributes to self-regeneration in pastures and the preservation of seeds in the soil over a long period.
