The plant reaches a height of 50–75 cm and is characterized by the development of numerous stems. The leaves have petioles 40–50 cm long and about 1.5 cm wide. Unlike wild forms, cultivated plants possess more pronounced vigor and tender stems.
The variety is productive and resistant to powdery mildew. Sowing is usually carried out from October to January, harvesting — from April to May. The plant is used as a vegetable crop, as well as a honey plant and an ornamental element.
