The plant forms elongated leaves and reaches the stage for harvesting high-quality petioles 40–50 cm in length. The variety was developed for use as a vegetable crop, where the robust stems are consumed after heat treatment, resembling asparagus in texture and usage.

The main advantage of the variety is the delayed emergence of flower stalks, which allows for an extended harvest period under protected cultivation. At the same time, the variety shows high susceptibility to fungal diseases, in particular to Fusarium oxysporum infection.
