The variety is mid-season, the vegetation period is 94–101 days, when harvested for green fodder — 41–50 days. Plant height varies from 88 to 109 cm, the height of attachment of the lower branch is 28–47 cm.

The plant possesses resistance to lodging, shattering, diseases and pests. The variety is of the erucic acid-free type, contains 41.2–51.0% fat, about 26% protein, 0.08% erucic acid and 14–15 µmol/g of glucosinolates. Thousand kernel weight is 3.4–4.0 g.
