LG Scorpion is a 00-type winter oilseed rape hybrid with high oil content and a glucosinolate content of less than 15 µmol/g. The plant is characterized by intensive development in autumn and spring, high winter hardiness, and the ability to adapt to late sowing dates with good resistance to lodging.
The hybrid possesses genetic resistance to clubroot, turnip yellows virus (TuYV), and pod shattering based on the OGURA platform. The presence of the RLM7 gene provides protection against phoma stem canker. The recommended seeding rate for cultivation using classical technology is 350–500 thousand viable seeds per hectare.
