Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the "0+" type, which distinguishes it from modern double-low varieties, as it contains a low level of erucic acid but does not possess a reduced glucosinolate content. The variety was used in agricultural production for the extraction of oil and oilseed cake.

In scientific research, the variety was used as genetic material for studying resistance to phoma stem canker (Leptosphaeria maculans). Breeding experiments revealed that the variety is susceptible to certain aggressive isolates of this pathogen, which served as a basis for crossing work with other species to transfer resistance genes.
