The variety is a historical breeding object that was traditionally used as an oilseed crop. In its time, it possessed good adaptability and high yield potential, however, it was displaced by new high-yielding hybrids with improved agronomic indicators.
The variety belongs to the group of plants with a high erucic acid content, as it was bred before the mass transition of breeding to "00"-varieties with low erucic acid and glucosinolate content.
