The hybrid demonstrated optimal yield when applying nitrogen fertilizers at a rate of 170 kg N/ha. In comparative studies under Mediterranean conditions, the variety showed lower seed yield and oil content than a number of other varieties.
In scientific works of 2005, the hybrid's reaction to fungal diseases was evaluated, in particular, the effect of fungicides on the level of stem infection with Phoma stem canker was investigated.
