The variety is characterized by a high content of glucosinolates, in particular sinigrin, in plant tissues. Upon decomposition of biomass in the soil, these compounds provide a fumigation effect, contributing to soil health.

The plant forms significant biomass, necessary for performing the functions of a green manure. The highest concentration of active substances is reached during the flowering stage, when it is recommended to incorporate the mass into the soil.

The effectiveness of using the variety depends on the soil fertility level and the quality of agronomic practices during cultivation.
