The head has a compact shape with characteristic cone-shaped inflorescences. The color of the inflorescences can vary from snow-white to bright lime-green with a yellowish tint. The period from seedling transplanting to technical maturity is 75–85 days.

The plant is characterized by resistance to stress conditions, including short-term drought and temperature fluctuations, as well as a low tendency to premature bolting. It possesses complex resistance to diseases: bacterial soft rot and black rot, Fusarium wilt, blackleg, and an intermediate level of resistance to clubroot.

It is used primarily in cooking for preparing various dishes, including boiling, frying, steaming, or consumption in fresh form for garnishing and salads.
