The plant has a medium to large habit. A distinctive feature of the variety is its uniform elongated stems, terminating in compact white curds. The variety is intended for cultivation in temperate climates during the main season.

The variety was obtained by controlled pollination using cytoplasmic male sterility. The produce is convenient for harvesting, cleaning, and bundling for sale in fresh form.
