The variety belongs to the cauliflower group of the species Brassica oleracea L. It is adapted to climatic conditions allowing for a winter-spring production cycle, including harvesting at early dates characteristic of the Brittany region.

Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by the formation of dense white heads which are well protected by foliage. During field trials, the plant's resistance to infection by the fungus Mycosphaerella was confirmed.
