The Justin variety belongs to the cauliflower crop and is included in the assortment of a specialized breeding company. In European Commission documents, it is registered within the group of Brassica oleracea L. convar. botrytis (L.) Alef. varieties.

The plant forms very white heads. Based on harvesting data in January, the variety is classified as winter or very late under the conditions of the corresponding climatic zones.
