The variety belongs to winter types. The heads have a dense structure and bright white color. The plant leaves tightly cover the inflorescences, protecting them from sunlight. The height of a mature plant is about 45 cm.

The produce is suitable for freezing and is used in cooking for various types of heat treatment, including frying and preparing vegetable dishes. When growing, timely harvesting is recommended, as overripeness leads to looseness of the heads.
