Mildis F1 is a late-maturing cauliflower hybrid with a predictable maturation cycle. The plant forms a dense white head.

In specialized literature, the hybrid is often used as a working or reference variety for the study of pathogens, in particular downy mildew Hyaloperonospora brassicae, serving as a susceptible object for maintaining isolates.
