The variety is a type of Romanesco cauliflower and is an open-pollinated variety. The period from transplanting to harvest is about three months, with harvesting possible from August to December depending on the region.

The plant reaches a height of 40–50 cm. The heads have a dense dome shape and spiral inflorescences resembling towers. The texture of the florets is well preserved during cooking, and the flavor is characterized as delicate and nutty.

The variety is intended for home cooking, dietary nutrition, and ornamental cultivation. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, boiling, baking, and freezing. The plant requires a sunny location, fertile soil, and sufficient moisture.
