The variety is late-maturing with a vegetation period from 170 to 180 days. The stem reaches a height from 15 to 50 cm, and the total plant height can reach up to 90 cm.

The heads are dense, round-flat in shape, cream-white in color, with a weight from 2 to 2.5 kg. The plant possesses good head protection by leaves and resistance to premature formation of small inflorescences.

The variety is characterized by good tolerance to winter conditions, however, it is sensitive to the effects of high temperatures and prolonged drought.
