The variety is intended for commercial production and is characterized by harvest in November. The plant has medium vigor and requires multiple harvests due to medium maturity uniformity, which can result in 5 to 7 cuttings.

Curds are dense; in some cases, signs of the Romanesco type may appear. Due to good leaf cover, the heads can be difficult to identify visually during harvest. In some seasons, the variety shows susceptibility to leaf tip burn.
