The variety belongs to the early or very early group with a growing season of 75 to 100 days. The plants are short, reaching a height of about 30 cm.

The heads are dense, round in shape, snow-white in color, and their weight usually ranges from 1 to 1.5 kg. The variety is resistant to temperature fluctuations and heat spikes, and is suitable for cultivation in various seasons.

Intended for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and freezing. It is an heirloom variety whose history can be traced back to the late 19th century.
