The plant has a tall stem and large dimensions, with dark green foliage. The medium-sized head has a dense structure and the shape of a corymbose inflorescence consisting of small light green cones.

Harvesting of this variety usually occurs in December. The plant belongs to a group of varieties derived from the Italian Verde di Macerata ecotype.
