The plant has restrained growth and a short stem. The leaves are semi-erect, have an elliptical narrow shape with serrated margins and a slightly blistered surface of a bluish-green color.

The medium-sized curd has a rounded shape with a broad elliptical cross-section. The head is characterized by compactness and medium-fine granularity of the curds.
