The variety is late-maturing, with a growing season of 110 to 150 days. The plant forms a vigorous rosette of gray-green leaves with a distinct waxy bloom. The heads are flat-round in shape, their weight varies from 1.5 to 8 kg, and they have a white or white-yellow color in cross-section.

The variety is of universal purpose, maintaining its consumer qualities during storage for 3–5 months. The plant is resistant to cracking and capable of withstanding light frosts, which makes it suitable for a wide range of culinary processing, including fermentation.
