The vegetation period of the variety is from 72 to 95 days. The plant is vigorous, of a semi-erect type. The variety forms heavy conical white heads, characterized by good yield and ease of harvest.

The variety possesses high resistance (HR) to clubroot (Plasmodiophora brassicae, races Pb:0, 1, 3), being the first white Romanesco cauliflower variety with these indicators. Intended for the fresh market and processing during the summer and autumn growing periods.
