The variety is early or mid-early with a maturity period of 75 to 120 days. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth, forming spherical heads of pale yellow color weighing 1.5–1.8 kg. The structure of the inflorescences resembles the Romanesco variety, because of which the cauliflower is sometimes called 'snail cauliflower'.

The variety is adapted to various growing conditions and is capable of withstanding light frosts. The inflorescences, as well as peeled stems and chopped leaves, are suitable for consumption.
