The Veronica F1 hybrid belongs to the Romanesco cultivar group. The plant is vigorous, with well-developed gray-green leaves and open conical heads consisting of "conical" florets. The color of the heads varies from bright green to golden-green; in cool conditions, a rich chartreuse hue develops.

The weight of a single head ranges from 0.8 to 2.0 kg. The ripening period from transplanting to harvest takes 80–90 days. The hybrid tolerates temperature fluctuations well and maintains its marketability when over-mature. Yield ranges from 4.2 to 7.5 kg/m².

The plant possesses genetic resistance to Fusarium wilt and premature bolting. The produce is suitable for the fresh market, home cooking, freezing, and canning, retaining its color during processing.
