The variety belongs to the "Walcheren Winter" group of winter forms and is a breeding type of cauliflower. It is intended for cultivation to obtain produce in the winter-spring period.

Plants of this type are characterized by relative winter hardiness, which allows them to overwinter during moderate frosts, however, they require cover during severe frosts. Morphologically, the plants can have a small diameter.
