White Top (also known as Super White Top) is a mid-season hybrid suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and canning. The plant possesses good vegetative characteristics and demonstrates productivity when grown in subtropical conditions.

In agronomic studies, the variety was examined for resistance to clubroot. Cultivation requires monitoring boron content in the soil, as its deficiency causes discoloration of the head surface and the appearance of hollows in the stems.
