White Step F1 is a compact plant approximately 30 cm in height, surrounded by semi-erect green leaves. The variety forms dense, pure white curds with an optimal size of approximately 10 cm, which is suitable for one or two meals.

The plant belongs to the autumn cauliflower group; harvesting begins in late September. Due to its good heat tolerance, the variety is suitable for transplanting during the summer period from June to July. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption and freezing.
