The first-generation hybrid Matsuri F1 belongs to mid-season varieties with a medium plant size. The period from transplanting to technical maturity is 90–95 days. The heads have a dense, dome-shaped form and a dark green color with a blue tint.

The plant possesses intermediate resistance to downy mildew. The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in the autumn-winter period and is suitable for both fresh consumption and industrial processing.

The edible parts are the inflorescences and stems. Despite being mentioned in some sources as "baby broccoli," professional specifications classify the variety as standard, capable of reaching full head sizes.
