The hybrid forms a vigorous leaf rosette with a heavy waxy bloom and a well-developed root system. The heads are round, uniform, green on the outside, and white inside. The produce has a delicate taste, and the hybrid is distinguished by high marketability and transportability.

The plant possesses genetic resistance to Fusarium wilt, bacteriosis, gray mold, and white mold, and is tolerant to Alternaria leaf spot. Due to the intensive waxy bloom, it is practically unaffected by aphids and thrips. The hybrid is resistant to cracking and is not prone to lodging when left in the field past maturity.

Akvilon F1 is intended for fresh consumption, processing, including pickling, and long-term storage for a period of 7 to 9 months.
