The hybrid forms a compact, vigorous plant with stiff, dark green leaves covered with a waxy bloom. The heads are round or round-oval in shape, snow-white and dense inside. The head weight varies from 2 to 3 kg, while the dense structure ensures resistance to cracking and good keeping quality for up to six months.
The plant possesses high stress tolerance, is capable of enduring heat, and shows immunity to a number of diseases, including bacteriosis, as well as resistance to damage by thrips and aphids. The recommended planting density is 40–45 thousand plants per 1 ha.
Lotto F1 is a universal hybrid suitable for cultivation in both open field and protected cultivation. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and processing. The hybrid can be used as a subsequent crop after the harvest of early potatoes or carrots.
