The Sir F1 hybrid has a vegetation period of 50 to 65 days after transplanting. The plant is vigorous with an upright leaf rosette; leaves are grey-green, with a heavy waxy bloom, slightly blistered surface, and wavy margin.
The head is round, compact, weighing 1.1–2 kg, and is light green or deep green in color. The internal structure is whitish, and the core is short or medium in length. The harvest has high transportability and marketability.
The variety is intended primarily for the fresh market and is suitable for freezing and pickling. The hybrid is plastic in its response to soil types and agricultural practices, and tolerates heat and temperature fluctuations well.
