The variety is a mid-late perennial plant (usage period up to 4 years). Used as a forage crop for establishing seeded meadows, often as part of mixtures with legumes or other grasses. Characterized by high resistance to bacterial wilt and leaf spot (Xanthomonas), which contributes to the longevity of the stand.
The plant possesses good winter hardiness and is adapted to summer drought periods. It provides high dry matter yields in the spring period, is distinguished by rapid regrowth after mowing, and roots easily when sown. The forage mass has good palatability and high fiber content.
During cultivation, it is recommended to observe sowing dates from March 15 to the end of April or from August 15 to September 15. The seeding rate for pure sowing is approximately 60 kg/ha. Seeds are sown at a depth of 2 cm into fine-crumbly soil, followed by mandatory rolling.
