Variety description

The shrub reaches a height of 1.5–1.8 meters and a width of 1.2–1.5 meters. Branches are arcuately curved. Leaves are elongated-ovate, with a pointed tip, changing color from light green in spring to dark green in summer, acquiring yellow-orange or reddish shades in autumn.
Flowers are small, pale pink, appearing in leaf axils in June–July. The plant is winter-hardy, withstanding temperatures down to -15...-20 °C. It prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with loose, humus-rich, and well-drained soil. Pruning in late winter is recommended.
