The variety was obtained by crossing the 'Ermes' variety with a plant exposed to gamma radiation. The plant is monoecious and is intended primarily for food use.

The variety possesses a specific leaf shape that allows it to be distinguished from other varieties without chemical analysis. The variety is capable of synthesizing a wide spectrum of non-cannabinoid phenolic compounds, including dihydrophenanthrenoids and canniprene.

Products of this variety contain no traces of THC or other cannabinoids. Work is underway to increase the content of gamma-linolenic acid in the seeds.
