The variety was obtained by synthetic breeding based on self-pollination of plants of the Victoria variety. The growing season until biological maturity is 116 days. The plant is short: the total stem height reaches 206.4 cm, and the technical stem length is 135.6 cm.

It is distinguished by an increased inflorescence size of up to 70.8 cm. Seed yield is about 1.0 t/ha, fiber yield is about 29%. The fiber is characterized by a linear density of 45.5 tex and a breaking load of 32.0 daN.

The cannabigerol content is from 1% to 5%, while the THC concentration does not exceed 0.06–0.08%. The variety has a uniform sexual structure, the absence of male plants in the crop, and resistance to abiotic and biotic environmental factors.
