The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and large size. The fruits have a smooth shape, a deep bright green color at technical maturity, and thick walls. The weight of one fruit varies from 70 to 100 g, and the capsaicin content can reach 150 mg/kg.

The hybrid has high resistance to Potato virus Y (PVY:2) and certain types of bacterial spot Xanthomonas spp. (races 0–3, 7, 8). Fruit ripening occurs a few days after the Rioverde variety.

The plant is suitable for cultivation both in open field and in film greenhouses. The fruits are used fresh, for pickling, and for industrial processing.
