The variety Dolga bela (also Duga bela) is a classic sweet pepper. The fruits have an elongated-conical shape; at technical maturity, they are light yellow or white in color, changing to a more saturated color upon full ripening.
The plant forms a semi-spreading bush 60–70 cm tall. The variety is characterized as early-maturing and high-yielding, well-adapted to the climatic conditions of Southeastern Europe. It is used for fresh consumption and culinary processing.
