The Egeo hybrid is a yellow-fruited blocky type pepper intended for commercial vegetable production. The variety is distinguished by the stability of its fruit characteristics and is adapted for early planting dates.

The breeding of this hybrid was aimed at ensuring high final productivity and obtaining resistance to a complex of diseases characteristic of modern lines of this breeding program.
