Fruits of the variety have an elongated, straight or slightly curved shape with a pointed tip, reaching about 17 cm in length. The surface of the fruits is smooth, shiny, and slightly wavy; the flesh is tender and crunchy. At the stage of market maturity, the fruits are colored bright green.
Plants are cultivated in open field and protected cultivation, sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Harvesting is carried out manually from May to December. The variety is used mainly in fresh form and is a traditional ingredient of Basque cuisine.
