The fruits are 5–6 cm in height and 7–9 cm in diameter, with an average weight of 90–120 g. The internal structure includes 3–4 seed chambers, and the pericarp thickness is 6–7 mm.
The color of the fruits at technical maturity is milky-white or light-yellow, turning red at biological maturity. The taste is predominantly sweet, sometimes with a slight pungency.
