The Maja F1 variety is a hybrid bred at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. During field trials, the yield of the variety ranged from 7.5 to 14.5 marketable fruits per plant.
Morphologically, the fruits of the variety are distinguished by a pendant position. When compared with another hybrid bred by SGGW, the Roberta F1 variety, it was determined that Maja F1 is inferior to it in terms of earliness and early yield volume.
