The hybrid is used as a rootstock for growing pepper in open field and protected cultivation. It is characterized by good compatibility with most commercial varieties and hybrids, promotes the production of fruits with uniform quality, and does not induce their abnormal growth.
The plant possesses a broad spectrum of resistance to diseases and pests. In particular, resistance to potato virus Y (PVY), tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), Phytophthora blight (Phytophthora capsici), as well as to nematodes of the species Meloidogyne incognita, Meloidogyne arenaria, and Meloidogyne javanica has been recorded.
