The Resistant Florida Giant variety is a type of sweet pepper, the history of which can be traced in agronomic sources back to the 1960s. The main characteristic of the variety is its resistance to tobacco mosaic virus.
The fruits of this pepper belong to large-fruited types. During tests conducted in the past, the variety showed yields comparable to other commercial varieties of that period.
