The variety is mid-season or mid-late, with a growing period of about 90 days. The fruits have a long cylindrical shape, often with a spiral curve, reaching 14–16 cm in length. At the stage of technical maturity, they have a light green color, becoming orange or red upon full ripening.
The pepper has a moderately pungent taste characteristic. The variety is intended for cultivation in open field. The fruits are used fresh, for preparing salads, antipasti, stuffing, grilling, as well as for pickling and other types of preserving.
