The plant forms a compact branched bush 45 to 80 cm in height. Fruit ripening time ranges from 80 to 120 days. The fruits are 12–20 cm long, conical in shape, and often have a slightly wrinkled surface. In technical maturity, they are dark green, and upon full ripening, they turn bright red.
The taste of the fruits is delicate and aromatic, with pungency rated at about 500 SHU. The variety shows resistance to Verticillium wilt and Tobacco mosaic virus. Due to the thin walls, the fruits are used for frying, pickling, stuffing, and fresh consumption at any stage of maturity.
