The variety is early-ripening and characterized by high yield. The fruits have an elongated pointed shape, reaching about 7 cm in length, and turn bright yellow at biological maturity. They possess a high degree of pungency and a distinct exotic fruity aroma.
The plants are characterized by high resistance and generally do not require mandatory staking, although the use of supports is possible. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field and containers, and is undemanding regarding irrigation and fertilizers. It is an open-pollinated variety intended for organic farming.
The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, use as a spice, and are also suitable for drying, during which they retain a bright yellow color of the powder. Previously, the variety was known under the working designation CA13.
